All returns must meet the following guidelines of the Return Policy.

1. All product returns require the original order number.

2. The invoice form – from the package you received.

4. All returns must ship within 30 days of receipt.

5. If you are returning to the US fulfillment center, please be sure to email support@allyshippublishing.com to receive an RMA number.

6. Write your RMA number on the postal box. If you do not, your order will be returned to the sender, and a refund will not be issued.

Returns & Refunds:

  • We do not supply labels for returns.
  • The refund for returns will be refunded, less shipping.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after arriving at the fulfillment center.

Products that are received by Allyship Publishing in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected.

  • Any product not purchased from the Allyship Challenge website. Amazon or other 3rd Party purchases must be returned where it was purchased.
  • If you received your product in damaged packaging, this is would not be considered a return. Damaged packaging is beyond our control once it leaves our facility. If the actual product is damaged, please contact support@allyshippublishing.com.
